Omaha-based West Corporation, a leading integrated customer contacts solutions provider to Fortune 1000 companies, has opened a 51,000 square foot contact centre employing 800 people in Victoria.
West has approximately 23,000 employees operating in 35 state-of-the-art contact centres and seven interactive automated voice and data processing centres across North America and India. The company chose Victoria because of the high quality workforce and the positive environment.
