In 2010, British Columbia will proudly host the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. The Provincial Government has committed $600 million to this landmark event which is expected to generate up to $10 billion in new economic activity, and permanently enhance the province’s profile as an international business location and tourism destination.
By establishing a local presence early on, companies will be in an excellent position to take advantage of Games-related business and investment opportunities, maximize media exposure, and develop business partnerships.
There is excellent potential to leverage
British Columbia’s existing strengths in opportunity
